Originally designed by Pierre Jeanneret for Chandigarh, the Magazine Rack was used in civic and residential settings for its functional form and modernist lines.
Pierre Jeanneret was the Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier’s cousin and long-time collaborator. He designed much of Chandigarh’s furniture to complement his cousin’s modernist architecture. Each piece is handcrafted by our exclusive manufacturer using solid reclaimed teak and fine Assamese cane, staying true to the original design and built to last.
